Loftia stuck quests: resets that clear the block

Clear a blocked objective with the reset that matches it: Pebble's City Tour, an unclosing dialogue, a stuck Adventure hand-in or the cat on the roof.

Which reset matches your blocked objective?

Match the symptom to the fix before you relog, because most of these blocks have a published recovery step and a full restart does not touch them.

Symptom Reset
City Tour stops after an interruption Talk to Pebble again
A conversation box stays empty or will not close Quit to desktop, relaunch, then report it
Adventure hand-in or Let’s Go will not complete Return home, travel to Loftia City, reopen the Adventure
A project contribution or daily task registers nothing Email support with your in-game name
The cat-feeding step is unreachable Climb the building and jump across to the next roof
A quest marker hovers over an NPC who says nothing Report the quest name and the NPC

How do you restart Pebble’s City Tour?

Speak to Pebble again. The recovery step was published in the Demo patch notes: return to Pebble, start the conversation from the beginning, and the tour continues (patch #2, fix notes). Try it before a relog: the patch note names Pebble, not a restart.

If Pebble keeps the quest marker and refuses to replay the tour, that is a bug rather than a missed step, and the bug report form is the route for it. Clicking and pressing Esc repeatedly during the tour is what preceded one reported break, so let the dialogue play out before you click through it (Steam discussion).

Why is a dialogue box stuck on screen?

Quit to the desktop, relaunch, and see whether the conversation resets. An empty dialogue that blocks all input needs a hard exit; the community manager’s answer to one such conversation was the bug report form rather than a workaround (Steam discussion).

Include the NPC, the quest, the last line of dialogue you saw and the platform. Dialogue bugs are script-specific, so the quest name is what lets support reproduce it.

Why will the Adventure not hand in?

A hand-in that never completes is usually a run left marked active by a crash on arrival, which keeps the entry button greyed out. The home-and-back reset in Adventure run problems clears it.

Do not buy another entry before you try that reset, because each run spends Scrambled Coordinates.

Why does the project bot ignore a contribution?

The project bot in Loftia City is where a World Project takes materials, and a contribution that does not register needs a person rather than a retry. A developer asks for an email to [email protected] with your username when that happens (Steam discussion).

Keep the items until support replies, and note the project name and what you handed over. World Projects explains what the shared builds are for.

Why will the coordinate step not tick?

Keep gathering. The three coordinates for Ryder’s quest arrive as drops while you harvest and salvage around the city, not from one marked container, and the counter has been seen to tick while walking the map without clicking anything (Steam discussion). Scrap piles are one of the sources that have produced an item.

If the counter sits still after several different resources, check that the objective is active, then read Scrambled Coordinates before assuming a bug.

How do you reach the cat in Fur-Real?

Get onto the building, then jump directly across to the adjacent roof. The feeding step is above street level, so walking around the base of the building never triggers it (Steam discussion).

When should you report instead of retrying?

Report when the same objective fails twice after a relaunch. A useful report names the quest, the NPC, the last completed step, the platform and the time, and attaches the log if the game also crashed — launch and sign-in fixes explains where the log lives.

Reinstalling rarely clears a quest flag, and support can adjust a stuck character faster than a fresh download. The quest order shows which step comes next, so you can tell a block from an objective you have not reached yet.
