Does your Demo name carry into Early Access?

Yes. The developer’s Demo announcement says your claimed Loftian character name carries over alongside gameplay progress. Completed quests, collected items and character progression remain with you when Early Access begins.

When can a claimed name be released?

If you claimed a name during the Next Fest Demo but do not log into Early Access between November 3, 2026 and February 3, 2027, that name becomes available for other players to claim.

Dates can change — check the official Demo account announcement for the current name-retention rule. Use the launch time and countdown to plan your return.

How many characters can you create?

The Demo allowed one character per account. After Early Access begins, players can create multiple characters per account.

How do you keep Demo progress and rewards?

1. Create a website account at loftia.gg if you need one.
2. Link that website account in-game using its email address.
3. For the Demo Banner, follow the event’s instruction to claim the reward on the official website after linking.

The developer warns that progress and rewards from an unlinked Demo account cannot be recovered. The Demo Banner unlocked when players first entered the Player Neighborhood during the event. See Demo rewards and carryover for the event overview.
