Loftia Adventure problems: the timer and stuck runs

Understand the four-minute Adventure timer, what you keep when you finish early, and fixes players use for a greyed-out Let's Go button or a stuck character.

How long does an Adventure last?

About four minutes, with an objective list rather than a single goal, so you clear what you can rather than everything; skills can add time to the timer. The payout grows with the number of objectives the group completes, as players comparing runs describe. The Adventures overview covers what the activity is and where it fits in the story.

What do you lose if you leave early?

Nothing beyond the objectives you skipped. There is no fail state for an unfinished run, which is why the common answer to “am I playing this wrong” is that partial runs are normal.

That said, a group that spreads out finishes more than one that follows a single player. Materials and chests along the route compete with objectives for the same four minutes, so decide as a group whether this run is a loot run or an objective run.

How do you get unstuck during a run?

Open the Esc menu and use Teleport to Start. That gets you out of the floor after arriving, and out of an objective interaction that will not release you; the stuck-after-Adventure thread describes both cases.

  1. Press Esc.
  2. Choose Teleport to Start.
  3. Rejoin the objective area instead of relogging, unless the interaction itself is broken.

If jumping works, try that first; several players found a small hop freed them. If the interaction is the broken part, relogging is the reliable fallback.

Why is the Let’s Go button greyed out?

A crash on arrival at an Adventure island can leave the run marked active, which keeps the entry button disabled. Clear it in this order: return home, travel to Loftia City, then reopen the Adventure from Ryder’s dock. That sequence unblocked the hand-in in this thread.

If the run still will not start after the round trip, report it rather than buying another entry. A hand-in that stays blocked once the entry button works again is one of the resets listed in stuck quests.

Do you need coordinates for a retry?

Adventures consume Scrambled Coordinates, so a broken run can cost an entry. The coordinate guide lists where they come from and when the Daily Goodies Chest starts offering them, which matters if you are retrying on the same evening.

Where do you report a run that stays broken?

In the same thread, a developer asks players to email [email protected] with the issue and their in-game name. The official bug report form is the other route, and it is where a developer sends players whose conversation got stuck in this thread. Include the Adventure name, the island you arrived on and what the objective said.

Crash reports are worth the same effort: troubleshooting keeps the earlier patch fixes on one page, so you can tell whether your problem is already on the fixed list.

Can you run an Adventure alone?

You can start one, but at least one objective is built for two players — the antennae step, per this report — and it stalls when nobody else turns up. Loftia is online-only, so the workable answer is a busy server rather than an offline solo mode. The multiplayer guide explains how servers and friends work.
